Jeff is smart, customer service focused and responsive. I didn't feel like I was being sold extra services or hardware that I did not really need for my business. If you are looking for IT support for your business I'd recommend that you contact Jeff!

Jeff is fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient -- which a non-tech person like myself desperately needs. Jeff helped me choose a new computer perfect for my business as a PR consultant. He set up my new computer and transferred all my data from my old unit saving me time and no doubt hours of frustration! Jeff is always available to solve a problem quickly and is a wonderful resource for any tech related question. I rely on Jeff and his experience to keep my business information protected. Jeff and Z-JAK has been absolutely great to work with. He helped us redesign and upgrade two web sites which were “professionally” created by another company, but were severely lacking in many areas. Jeff was able to quickly make the improvements and corrections for a fraction of the cost. He has helped us with the SEO on both sites that are now substantially more visible in searches and continue to rise in rankings. He also helped us with our security requirements for credit card processing, by quickly creating the manuals, and providing the training modules my team needed. He is an incredibly valuable resource. He’s very responsive, affordable and provides excellent work.
